* Start the evening with a glass of sparkling champagne and a tasty amuse from the North Sea

* Delicious pumpkin soup with sweet potato and wild mushroom

* Trio of fish, seasonal vegetables and croquette

* As a finale the dessert from the chef based on chocolate with a delightful coffee - fresh tea

🍾 The festive menu on New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve 31-12/01-01-2026

* Start the evening with a glass of sparkling champagne and four oysters per person — pure, fresh and elegant.

* Then follows a refined starter of wild salmon and shrimp, a harmony of the sea.

* In between a champagne sorbet refreshes the taste buds, preparing you for the main course.

* The best deer game, with adjusted seasonal vegetables and delicious croquettes prepared and served with love.

* As a finale the chef surprises with his chocolate dessert, a lavish finale of an unforgettable evening with delicious fresh coffee and or tea.

* We toast together one more time with a glass of champagne, to celebrate life, the sea and the moment. 🥂

Reservation is only valid after payment of the full amount and confirmation from Maison Noire.

B&B guests always enjoy priority on external reservations.

On Christmas and New Year's Day we also serve a special breakfast for our guests who book in time with dinner and overnight stay.
