During this unique experience, discover how chocolate comes to life, how flavors blend together, and how artisanal techniques create elegant creations. Xavier shares his secrets, lets you taste, create, and feel what true Flavours mean.
Taste the magic of melted chocolate, smell the subtle aromas of freshly baked dough, and experience how the smallest details make the biggest difference. Whether you are a connoisseur or a curious beginner, this workshop leaves no one untouched.
Practical program
On Friday evening, you will be welcomed at 7 pm. After check-in, a delicious meal awaits you, and you will receive a warm welcome with an explanation of the weekend's program.
On Saturday morning, start your day with an extensive breakfast. After a refreshing morning walk, dive into practice: here, Pastry, Chocolate, and Flavours take on a whole new dimension. You learn, taste, create, and experience how every detail makes the difference. After a day full of discoveries, another delightful dinner awaits you.
On Sunday morning, under the guidance of the chefs, you prepare your own breakfast. A unique experience where you immediately apply the techniques from the previous day. We conclude this delightful experience weekend on Sunday around 2 pm.
Price: €675 per person, all-inclusive (excluding drinks). Free parking provided.

There are only 12 - 14 spots per workshop, so act fast.
Your spot is only reserved after payment of the full amount and confirmation by our services. For people registering for 2 sharing a room, the price is €1190 for 2 people in the same room; for a room shared by 3 people, the price is €1750 in the same room, including workshop and meals.
Workshops can also be organized on Monday or Thursday during the day: Price on request as well as team building for companies or others, negotiable.
