From chocolate to refined pastries: immerse yourself completely in the delightful world of sweet pleasure. Chef-Chocolatier Xavier Desmit takes you on a sensory journey where passion, craftsmanship, and pure indulgence take center stage.

During this unique experience you discover how chocolate comes to life, how flavors blend together, and how artisanal techniques create elegant creations. Xavier shares his secrets, lets you taste, create, and feel what true Flavours mean.

Taste the magic of melted chocolate, smell the subtle aromas of freshly baked dough, and experience how the smallest details make the biggest difference. Whether you are an enthusiast or a curious beginner, this workshop leaves no one untouched.

Practical Programme

On Friday evening you are welcomed at 7pm. After check‑in a delicious meal awaits you and you receive a warm reception with an explanation of the weekend programme.

On Saturday morning you start your day with a hearty breakfast. After a refreshing morning walk you dive into the practice: here Pastries, Chocolate and Flavours take on a whole new dimension. You learn, taste, create and experience how every detail makes the difference. After a day full of discoveries you are greeted again with a delightful dinner.

On Sunday morning you make your own breakfast – under the guidance of the chefs. A unique experience where you immediately apply the techniques from the previous day. We conclude this delightful experiential weekend on Sunday around 2pm.

Price: €675 per person, all included (excluding drinks). Free parking provided.

There are only 12‑14 places per workshop, so act fast.

Your spot is only reserved after payment of the full amount and confirmation by our services. For persons registering per 2 where the room is shared, the price is €1190 for 2 people in the same room; a room shared by 3 people costs €1750 for the same room, workshop and meal included.

Workshops can also be organized on Monday or Thursday during the day – breakfast and free parking, participation per person €250 – these run from 6 participants, overnight stay not included.
