Breakfast & Common Area

Breakfast is served in the atmospherically furnished ground‑floor space. During the day or evening you can also sit quietly here, with a view of the garden, or enjoy a lovely dinner (by reservation).

In this open space you can also enjoy coffee, tea or other drinks. Your host Kamila will serve you with pleasure.

For passersby we offer a comprehensive breakfast menu, starting at €30.00 per person (children up to 10 years: €15). Reservations are recommended. Dinner is possible by reservation.

Location

The property is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of: the city centre

- the pickleball courts, the beach, the mini golf

The tram stop Westende‑Bad is nearby. Also the cities Nieuwpoort and Ostend are easily reachable on foot or by bike.

A supermarket is within walking distance. Your own bicycles can, after consultation, be parked in our garage. Thanks to the tram and bike shares, Middelkerke is also easily reachable. We are happy to help you with tips for your outings.

Accessibility & Parking

With a car you can easily enter and exit our street from all directions.

We provide free parking spaces for our hotel guests, included during the stay.

Hotel guests: 1 free parking space per room, available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and free to release by 12:00 on the day of departure.

Other occasions: €20.00 per spot per day (if available).

We are not liable for accidents or theft.

Price of stay: exclusive of tourist tax (€2.50 per person per night – will be settled on site).

Check‑in: between 16:00 and 19:00 (other times only by phone agreement).

Check‑out: between 11:00 - 12:00

Pets & smoking: not allowed in the entire building.

Rooms: provided with a bottle of water, refillable at the tap on the ground floor.

Meals & Service

Breakfast: from 8:30 to 11:00.

Dinner (from November): at 19:30 sharp (by reservation).

Quiet time: from 22:00 we ask you to respect silence.

Payment: cash or via Payconiq.

Accessibility

The property consists of several levels without an elevator. Therefore, it is less suitable for people with limited mobility.
