Breakfast & Common Area

Breakfast is served in the atmospherically decorated space on the ground floor. During the day or in the evening, you can also relax here with a view of the garden, or enjoy a delicious dinner (by reservation).

In this open space, you can also enjoy coffee, tea, or other drinks. Your hostess Kamila will be happy to serve you.

For passers-by, we offer an extensive breakfast menu from €30.00 per person (children under 10: €15). Reservations are recommended. Dinner is possible by reservation.

Location

The house is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of:

- the center

- the pickleball courts, the beach, and minigolf

The Westende-Bad tram stop is nearby. The cities of Nieuwpoort and Oostende are also easily accessible on foot or by bike.

A supermarket is within walking distance. Private bikes and e-bikes (Vespa) can be stored in our garage after consultation. Thanks to the tram and shared bikes, Middelkerke is easily accessible too. We're happy to provide tips for your excursions.

Accessibility & Parking

You can easily access our street by car from all directions.

We offer free parking spaces for our hotel guests, including during their stay.

👉 Starting 2025, a paid parking system will be in place throughout Middelkerke (more info: www.middelkerke.be).

Hotel guests: 1 free parking space per room, available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Other occasions: €20.00 per space per day (if available).

We are not liable for accidents or theft.

Practical Information:

Accommodation price: exclusive of tourist tax (€2.50 per person per night – to be settled on site).

Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM (other times only by phone agreement).

Check-out:  between 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Pets & smoking: not allowed in the entire building.

Rooms: equipped with a bottle of water, refillable at the drinking fountain on the ground floor.

Meals & Services

Breakfast: from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Dinner (from November): promptly at 7:30 PM (by reservation).

Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM, we request that you respect silence.

Payment: cash or via Payconiq.

Accessibility

The house has multiple levels without an elevator. Therefore, it is less suitable for people with limited mobility.
