Breakfast & Common Area

Breakfast is served in the charmingly furnished room on the ground floor. During the day or evening, you can also relax here with a view of the garden, or enjoy a delicious dinner (reservation required).

In this open space, you can also enjoy coffee, tea, or other drinks. Your hostess, Kamila, will be happy to serve you.

For guests, we offer an extensive breakfast menu, starting at €30.00 per person (children under 10: €15). Reservations are recommended. Dinner is available by reservation.

Location

The house is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of: the center

- the pickleball courts, the beach, the mini golf

The Westende-Bad tram stop is nearby. The cities of Nieuwpoort and Ostend are also easily accessible on foot or by bike.

A supermarket is within walking distance. Personal bicycles can be stored in our garage, upon request. Middelkerke is also easily accessible thanks to the tram and bike-sharing services. We're happy to help you with tips for your day trips.

Accessibility & Parking

By car you can easily get in and out of our street from all directions.

We provide free parking for our hotel guests, included during your stay.

Hotel guests: 1 free parking space per room, available from 4pm on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 12pm on the day of departure.

Other venues: €20.00 per space per day (subject to availability).

We are not liable for accidents or theft.

Price of stay: including tourist tax (€2.50 per person per night – will be settled on site).

Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM (other times only after telephone consultation).

Check-out: between 11:00 - 12:00

Pets & smoking: not allowed in the entire building.

Rooms: equipped with a bottle of water, which can be refilled at the drinking tap on the ground floor.

Meals & Service

Breakfast: from 8:30 to 11:00.

Dinner (from November): at 7:30 pm sharp (by reservation).

Night rest: from 22:00 we ask you to respect silence.

Payment: cash or via Payconiq.

Accessibility

The property has several levels and no elevator. Therefore, it is less suitable for people with limited mobility.
