Breakfast is served in the atmospherically decorated room on the ground floor. During the day or in the evening, you can also sit down here quietly, with a view of the garden, or enjoy a delicious dinner (by reservation).
In this open space, you can also enjoy coffee, tea, or other drinks. Your hostess Kamila will serve you with pleasure.
For passers-by, we offer the Maison Noire breakfast with the possibility of a very (*) extensive breakfast menu (on pre-order), from €35.00 per person (children up to 6 years: €15). Reservations are recommended. Dinner is possible by reservation.
Booking via BOOKING: Standard breakfast, consisting of 1 fruit juice / 1 ham and cheese sandwich (*) The Maison Noire breakfast is possible at an additional cost (only for B&B guests). When booking directly via the website or message/phone, the standard Maison Noire breakfast is included.
Location
The property is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of: the city centre
- the pickleball courts, the beach, the minigolf
The tram stop Westende-Bad is nearby. The towns of Nieuwpoort and Oostende are also easily accessible on foot or by bike.
A supermarket is within walking distance. Your own bicycles and motor scooter (Vespa) can, after consultation, be stored in our garage. Thanks to the tram and shared bicycles, Middelkerke is also easily accessible. We are happy to help you with tips for your excursions.
Accessibility & Parking
You can easily get to and from our street from all directions by car.
We provide free parking spaces for our hotel guests, including during their stay.
👉 From 2025 onwards, a paid parking system will be in place throughout Middelkerke.

Hotel guests: 1 free parking space per room, available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
Other occasions: €20.00 per place per day (if available).
We are not liable for accidents or theft.

Accommodation price: exclusive of tourist tax (€2.50 per person per night - to be settled on site).
Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM (other times only by phone appointment).
Check-out: between 11:00 - 12:00
Pets & smoking: not allowed in the entire building.
Rooms: equipped with a bottle of water, which can be refilled at the drinking fountain on the ground floor.
Meals & Services
Breakfast: from 8:30 to 11:00.
Dinner (from November): at 7:30 p.m. sharp (by reservation).
Night rest: from 10 PM we ask you to respect silence.
Payment: cash or via Payconiq.
Accessibility
The apartment consists of several levels without a lift. Therefore, it is less suitable for people with limited mobility.
