From chocolate to refined pastries: immerse yourself completely in the delightful world of sweet indulgence. Chef-Chocolatier Xavier Desmit takes you on a sensory journey where passion, craftsmanship and pure indulgence take center stage.

During this unique experience, you'll discover how chocolate comes to life, how flavors blend together and how artisanal techniques create elegant creations. Xavier shares his secrets, lets you taste, create and feel what true Flavours mean.

Taste the magic of melted chocolate, smell the subtle aromas of freshly baked dough and experience how even the smallest details make a big difference. Whether you're an enthusiast or a curious beginner, this workshop leaves no one untouched.

Practical program

You'll be welcomed on Friday evening at 7 pm. After check-in, a delicious meal awaits you and you'll receive a warm welcome with an explanation of the weekend's program.

Saturday morning starts with a comprehensive breakfast. After a refreshing morning walk, dive into the practice: here Baking, Chocolate and Flavours get a completely new dimension. You'll learn, taste, create and experience how every detail makes a difference. A day full of discoveries awaits you, followed by another delicious evening meal.

Sunday morning, under the guidance of the chefs, you'll make your own breakfast. A unique experience where you immediately apply the techniques from the previous day. We round off this lovely weekend at 2 pm on Sunday.

Price: €675 per person, including everything (excluding drinks). Free parking provided.

There are only 12 - 14 places per workshop, so be quick!

Your spot is only reserved after payment of the full amount and confirmation by our services. For people registering in pairs where the room is shared, the price is €1,190 for 2 people on the same room, a room shared by 3 people costs €1,750 on the same room, including workshop and meal.

Workshops can also be organized on Monday or Thursday during the day: Price on request as well as teambuilding for companies or other, discussable.
