From 14 to 16 November, Middelkerke/Westende becomes the ultimate destination for champagne lovers, conviviality and refined gastronomy.

Here as well, at the stylish Maison Noire in Westende, we celebrate this sparkling weekend with an exclusive Champagne Edition. Our chef has specially curated an exquisite Champagne menu for the occasion, perfectly tailored to the bubbles of the weekend.

Champagne Tasting Menu

🦪 Algae Waffle with smoked mackerel and shrimp 

🦑 Fish Soup with razor blade and sea bass tartare with chives and sea eggs 

🐟 Tuna with melon / apple and tabbouleh

🐡 Trio of salmon and fries tartare

Four champagnes will be offered, each paired with a dish.
