Champagne weekend 14/11-16/11

From 14 to 16 November, Middelkerke/Westende becomes the place to be for lovers of champagne, conviviality and refined gastronomy.

Also at our place, in the stylish Maison Noire in Westende, we celebrate this lively weekend with an exclusive Champagne Edition. Our chef has specially prepared a refined Champagne menu for the occasion, perfectly tailored to the bubbles of the weekend.

Champagne Tasting menu

🦪 Algae waffle, wild salmon and fresh shrimp

🦑 Fish soup with razor and sea bass tartare with chives and sea eggs

🐟 Tuna with melon / apple and tabbouleh

🐡 Trio of salmon and fries tartare

🍾 Champagne sorbet

Four champagnes will be offered, each paired with a dish.

🍾 Price: €195 per person for the customized champagne.

Reservation is mandatory.

B&B guests always enjoy priority on reservations.

Upon reservation the full amount is paid in advance; afterwards you will receive a confirmation of participation.

Champagnes can also be purchased to take home.
