Dear guest,
Welcome to our B&B Maison Noire. We (Kamila & Xavier) want you to have a pleasant and carefree stay. To make this possible, we kindly ask you to take the following house rules into account.

1. Check-in and check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM (or by arrangement).
• Check-out: between 11:00 and 12:00.
• Please let us know if you expect to arrive later or leave earlier.
2. Breakfast & Dinner
• Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 11:00 am - Kamila's Home
• Standard breakfast is included in your room price.
• An extensive breakfast menu is available at an additional cost.
• The “DINNER” at 7:30 PM. Reserve your place and report this at breakfast.
3. Peace & respect
• Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM we ask for silence in and around the building.
• Treat other guests, our staff and the property with respect.
4. Smoking, alcohol & drugs
• Smoking is not permitted inside, only in designated areas outside.
• Excessive alcohol consumption and drug use are not allowed and prohibited.
5. Hygiene & safety
• Pets are not allowed.
• Keep rooms and common areas tidy.
• Open fires (candles, barbecues, etc.) are not allowed in the rooms.
• Fire or accidents: 112 – 0032/ 468 33.59.21 (owner).
6. Use of facilities
• You may use the common areas. Please leave them tidy.
• Towels are for use within the B&B only.
• It is forbidden to consume fast food in the room
7. Damage & Loss
• Damage to property or loss of keys may be charged.
• Report accidents or defects immediately to the owner: 0032/ 468 33.59.21
8. Cancellation
• Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
9. Liability
• The B&B is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
• If you lose your key or badge, a fee of €50.00 will be charged.
• Any damage caused in the room or inside/outside the building will be charged in full.
• Take care of all materials and spaces as if they were your own.
• Are you staying with children? You are responsible for their safety.

The room.
The air conditioning and heating work with a remote control that you will always find on the folder with the TV controls.
Air conditioning: The "Mode" (left side of the display) should be set to COOL. Cooling can be set between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius. When you turn on the air conditioning, we kindly ask you to close the windows simultaneously. You can increase or decrease the temperature using the arrow keys.
Heating: The "Mode" (left side of the display) should be set to HEAT. Heating can be set between 22 and 26 degrees Celsius. When you turn on the air conditioning, we kindly ask you to close the windows simultaneously. Use the arrow keys to increase or decrease the temperature.
You need to stand close to the appliance with the remote control to operate the appliance.
There's no point in setting the appliance to 30 degrees Celsius. This won't improve speed, but will only cause the appliance to overheat and run unnecessarily, as this temperature can't be reached in the room. If you need heat quickly, the boost button is a good choice!
TV: Our televisions are SMART and work on Wi-Fi. So you can download an app or stream a movie if you like.
NETFLIX is included in our standard offering (shortcut button on the remote control).
Prefer to watch cable TV? Turn on the device with the red button at the top left. Then press the "HOME" icon. You'll see several apps appear at the bottom of the screen, including TV VLAANDEREN. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the TV VLAANDEREN app, which will become larger once you've found the right app. Confirm by pressing the icon in the middle of the arrow keys. This icon looks like a square with an arrow in it. Once in the TV VLAANDEREN app, tap "ENTERTAINMENT." You'll then see a bar with live programs labeled "NU OP TV" (NOW ON TV). Use the arrow keys to navigate to your desired channel and confirm again with the "square with an arrow in it" key. You can easily change channels with the "CHANNEL" arrow key, and adjust the volume with the "VOLUME" arrow key, located approximately in the middle of the remote control.

Towels: Each room includes two large, two medium, and one small guest towel. A black towel is provided in the shower. Please place any towels you require on the floor in the bathroom. We kindly ask that you use them sparingly.
Shampoo and shower gel are always provided in the shower. If you notice any leaks, please let us know; sometimes this is simply due to heat. The hairdryer is located on the hanger, along with a kettle for making coffee and/or tea. An extra roll of toilet paper can also be found there. Your bathrobe can be found on the coat rack in your room.
Parking spaces:
You can park either in the concrete parking spaces or on the pebbles right in front of our garage door if you have a larger car or van.
Misuse:
Bicycles can be stored in our secure parking garage. Bicycle batteries can be charged in the garage itself. Please do not charge them in your room due to a fire hazard.
Kamila's Home:
Please note down your consumption in the booklet (in the absence of the host/hostess) on the water fountain, so that Kamila can settle this amount with you when you check out.

Would you like to give a bed and breakfast or a package as a gift? Let Kamila know, and she'll create an unforgettable gift!
Check out:
Please vacate your room by 11:30 AM at the latest, unless otherwise arranged. Your car must be out of our parking lot by 12:00 PM at the latest, unless otherwise arranged. We can store your luggage in our luggage room near our restroom in the entrance hall.
We like to keep it quiet in the B&B between 10pm and 7am.

The Room

You need to be close to the unit with the remote control for it to work.
Please note: setting the unit to 30°C will not make it work faster. It only overheats the unit and keeps it running unnecessarily, as this temperature cannot be reached indoors. If you want quick heat, the BOOST button is the best choice!
TV

Towels
Each room has 2 large, 2 medium, and 1 small guest towel. A black towel is placed in the shower. Please place the towels you wish to have replaced on the bathroom floor. We kindly ask you to use towels sparingly.
Shampoo and shower gel are available in the shower. If you notice any leakage, please let us know — sometimes it happens due to heat.
The hairdryer is located near the clothes hanger, along with a kettle for making coffee and/or tea. You will also find an extra roll of toilet paper there. The bathrobe is located on the coat rack in the room.
Parking
You can park on the concrete parking spaces or on the gravel area in front of our garage door if you have a larger car or van.
Bicycles
Bicycles can be stored in our locked garage. Batteries can be charged in the garage itself. Please do not charge them in the room due to fire risk.
Kamila's Home
Please write down what you have consumed in the notebook (if the hosts are absent) on the water fountain, so that Kamila can settle the amount with you at checkout.

Checkout
Please leave the room by 11:30 am at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. Cars must leave our parking lot by 12:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed.
We can store your luggage in the luggage room next to the toilet in the entrance hall if needed.

Chaque chambre dispose de 2 grandes, 2 moyennes et 1 petite serviette. A service noire is a shower place. Veuillez dispose of the serviettes for replacement on the sole of the bath. Thanks for the utiliser with moderation.
Shampoo and shower gel are available in the shower. Le sèche-cheveux se trouve près du porte-manteau with a bouilloire. You also use a toilet paper supplement and the dressing is accroché in the room.
Parking
You can also take care of the places in the concrete or the gravie devant notre garage (pour vehicles plus grands).
Bicycles

The room

Televison
Our own TVs have SMART TVs with WIFI. You can download apps or stream movies.
NETFLIX is enthalten (Schnelltaste auf der Fernbedienung).
For cable connections: Gerät with rotary handle on the left side. Then print “HOME” symbol. Wählen Sie TV VLAANDEREN mit den Pfeiltasten aus (Symbol leuchtet auf). Best with the best taste (Quadrat with taste). In the app “ENTERTAINMENT” you can then send it to “JETZT IM TV”.
Channel with “CHANNEL”-Taste, Lautstärke with “VOLUME”-Taste.

Pro Zimmer: 2 large, 2 medium, 1 small Gästehandtuch. Ein schwarzes Handtuch liegt in der Dusche. Bitte Handtücher zum Wechseln auf de Badezimmerboden empty. Bitte sparsam spoiled.
Shampoo and Duschgel since in the dust. Hairdressers and washer cleaners are located in the wardrobe. Find out what you want Toilet paper. The Bademantel hangs on the Zimmergarderobe.
Parks
Parking place on concrete slabs or choose for a garage agent (for larger cars/transporter).
bicycles
Fahrräder could be removed from the closed garage. Batteries bitte nur in der Garage aufladen, nicht im Zimmer (Brandgefahr).
